The Loft at the Mercantile is a premier event space located in the heart of downtown

Pensacola at the corner of South Palafox Place and Intendencia Street. Designed and created to be a functional and innovative space for real people who want a beautiful and detailed stress free event or celebration.

The Loft at the Mercantile is ideal for, but not limited to, intimate celebrations, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, workshops, luncheons, dinner parties, engagement parties, anniversary celebrations, corporate meetings and seminars along with weekend trip getaways and extended stay vacations.

Please note the space is not ADA compliant. All guests must be able to walk up stairs.

Space Includes:

• Events up to 75 guests.

• 65 white resin folding slatted chairs

• 8 four-foot round tables (seats 6-8 per table)

• 2 six-foot banquet tables

• Preferred Vendor List: Includes florists, hotels, videographers, bakeries, etc

• Gift registry at Rusted Arrow Mercantile

 

Peak Season: ​

Holiday rates apply July through December as well as New Year’s Eve &

Day, 4th of July, Blue Angel Air Shows, Downtown Christmas Parade, Pensacon and

Mardi Gras Weekends.

Extended Details:

Flexible start and end times are negotiable for rentals. However, all guests must vacate

the venue by 11 pm unless you have reserved the space for an overnight stay (only 4

people allowed after 11pm).

 

Setup and breakdown must be included in the rental period.

​

Deposit and cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the length of your rental

and number of attendees in your party.12% in Florida Venue tax apply.
